What is GenITAssist?
GenITAssist is a remote IT support service. A technician connects to your device over a secure session and resolves the issue — troubleshooting, software installs, virus removal, data recovery, network setup, and more.
Who is it for?
Individuals and small businesses who need fast, on-demand IT help without scheduling an on-site visit. Our Quick Fix ticket is good for one-off issues; subscriptions work well for ongoing coverage.
Are all sessions remote?
Yes. Every session happens over a secure, encrypted connection with your explicit permission. You can watch what the technician does and end the session at any time.
Getting started
How do I book a session?
Pick a plan from the Pricing page and complete checkout. You'll land on your order page where a technician messages you directly — usually within one business day.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. The price you see on the plan is what you pay.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a short description of the issue and, if helpful, a screenshot or error message. We'll guide you through everything else during the session.
Billing & plans
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?

Security & trust
How secure is the remote session?
Sessions use an encrypted remote-access tool with time-limited access. You approve each session and can end it immediately at any point.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We do not see or store your full card details.
Will you sign an NDA?
For business clients, yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before access. Mention it in your first message on the order page.
