You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
  • You are dissatisfied with the service.
  • The service did not function as described or had technical issues we couldn't resolve.

Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

In situations where a direct refund cannot be processed, we may offer account credits or service extensions as an alternative resolution.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside these terms or where misuse of the refund process is suspected. Our team may grant exceptions in special circumstances where doing so aligns with our commitment to fairness.
